Create and publish an On-Demand session based on a recorded live session

This article will help you convert an automatically recorded live video event into an On-demand content

Steps

After streaming your live video event, go to the Event Management page and follow the steps below:

On the Event Management page click Sessions and then click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the Session item and select Convert to OD

A modal window will prompt, showing you all the recordings of your live session. (you can run a session live as many times as you need, for testing purposes or for other reasons)

Choose the recording you want your On-Demand session to be based on and click Convert

Your new On-Demand session will unfold as follows:

Observe that the On-Demand session is now ready and Published and under the On demand section of the Sessions page. The same links used for the Live session are now pointing to the On-Demand Video.

Important!
If you want to trim or modify your On-Demand session, first unpublish the session and click on Fine Tunning Tool to trim your content, tweek your call to action buttons an much more.
