How to upload a slides presentation

Important: Slide presentation must be in .pdf format before you upload them to the VancastVideo event

Steps to Upload Slideshows for Your Event::

1. Navigate to the Event Management page from the left side menu.
2. Click on "Event Page," then select "Contents."
3. Expand the "Select a Content Category" dropdown menu and choose "Slideshows."
4. You can upload your slides in one of the following ways:
   • Drag and drop your file into the designated Drag & Drop area.
   • Click the "Browse" button to select a file or multiple files from your computer.

If Your Event Has Multiple Sessions:

If your event includes multiple sessions, a "Sessions" dropdown will appear next to the "Select a Content Category" field. Use this dropdown to specify whether the slideshow should be available for a specific session or for all sessions. If it's meant for all sessions, choose "Common" and upload the slides to that section.

If Your Event Supports Multiple Languages:

If your event is multilingual, a "Languages" dropdown will appear next to the "Select a Content Category" field. Here, you can choose whether the slides presentation will be the same for all languages or different for each language. To make it common for all languages, select "Common" and upload the slides in the designated section. If you want different presentations for each language, please note that you must upload equivalent presentations for each language with the exact same filename.

Note:You have the option to upload multiple presentations. These presentations will be automatically arranged in alphabetical order. It's important to note that the default presentation will be the one that appears first in the alphabetical order.
